I have had a varied career which I developed by way of what caught my interest whilst remaining true to my purpose to learn, develop and to change things for the better. This culminated in my final two executive roles leading LPFA, a £5billion pension fund and latterly as CEO of LPP, a regulated pension services business with £18 billion assets under management, 20 clients and 600,000 customers. Along the way I held lead roles comprising governance, policy, marketing and communications, later adding organisational development with a focus on change and culture, through to leading my own management consultancy and coaching business. Every role involved large scale change and transition whether as a result of new products, markets or services, or through new partnerships or mergers.

As a non-executive I have worked in the public, private and the not for profit sectors, from a small rural school through to a large and complex financial services business.

All these experiences, together with the skills, knowledge and networks I have gained along the way I bring to my coaching.
